In 2022, our lives changed with four words: Stage 4 lung cancer.

Since that day, Donna has been fighting.
Not just for herself, but for the people she loves most.
Donna is a loving mother. A devoted wife. A friend. A woman whose love, kindness, and presence have touched the lives of so many people around her.
For years, she has continued to fight through appointments, treatments, difficult days, and moments most people will never see.
​
But now, Donna’s fight has become even more difficult.
The cancer has spread to her back and spine. Throughout much of 2026, the hospital has become a second home for Donna and her family.
Today, she is back in the hospital facing another major battle.
A tumor is pressing against her spinal cord, and Donna is scheduled to undergo surgery in hopes of removing as much of the tumor as possible.
And once again, she is fighting.
But this time, we don’t want Donna or her family to feel like they’re fighting alone.
 
Cancer doesn’t only attack the body.
It changes an entire family’s life.
There are hospital stays. Medical expenses. Travel. Treatments. Lost time from work. Everyday bills that don’t stop just because you’re fighting for your life. And there is the emotional weight carried by everyone who loves her.
That’s why we’re asking our family, friends, community—and even people who may have never met Donna—to stand with her.
